Trevor – Unfortunately I never got to meet you, I’m sorry you didn’t end up having time to play this game!
Casey – Was very sad to see you get evacuated after getting to know you a bit on Day 0. Although it sucked to lose a fellow Wikia player so early, I hope everything outside of the game is going well for you 🙂
Kami – I was on two different tribes with you and we never had a single conversation! It’s a shame we didn’t get to know each other, but you weren’t around a lot in that early part of the game. Wishing you the best with everything in real life!
Ali – Gone too soon! I was hoping to be on a tribe with you at some point after talking on Day 0, but unfortunately our paths didn’t cross again. That was really disappointing for me because you seem like a great guy, and maybe I’ll bump into you in a different game in the future!
Krissy – Like Trevor, we never met, but I remember that you were on vacation when the Summit challenge happened so I hope that was heaps of fun!
Holli – We had a really brief conversation when we were first swapped onto Galan 2.0, but then you left me on read 😢. Sorry we never got to know each other, but I have a lot of respect for your Summit efforts, coming back twice is no small feat, especially with the tasks you had to complete (which I was terrible at in our later challenge).
Sarena – We were only on a tribe together for the briefest time, but sadly my options at that point felt really limited and we weren’t able to work together. You were really cool in the small time that we got to talk, but unfortunately the game got in the way. Wish you all the best!
Megan – Pain. Getting back in the game at your expense is definitely the most bittersweet thing that’s ever happened to me in the limited ORGs I’ve played. From our brief chats on Day 0, a real friendship blossomed on the love tribe at the swap. You brought the most fun energy to our calls, and always made me and the others laugh. There is no doubt that thanks to you, our time on Galan 2.0 was the most fun I’ve ever had in an ORG. Beyond the fun, going to the Summit to take one for the team was amazing, and I can’t thank you and Chris enough for taking the risks that you did. To find out that we’d both gotten voted out at the double Tribal was gutting, because at best, only one us was going to get back in the game. I know you were hard on yourself when we were waiting at the Summit, but you’re an incredible player (you freakin’ won this game once before!), an incredible human being, and it was a privilege to enjoy some of this game with you ❤️
Corey – A missed opportunity for sure. I was convinced we were going to hate each other after our beef in the endurance challenge, but it was great to pave over those cracks and get to know you. Sadly, I just think we met each other at a terrible time in the game, because I genuinely enjoyed our conversations, but our strategic interests were different. In the end, we voted each other out because of it! Really hope the new job is going well, and I appreciate the short time we got to play together.
Josh – Legend! While I didn’t appreciate you voting me out, I can’t speak badly about one of my Galan OGs. From that first challenge where we made the flag together, you were always such a helpful and calming personality for me. Considering how much stuff you had on the go during this game, I appreciate the effort you made to chat with me when we started the game, and then we were reunited at the second swap. Unfortunately you were the casualty in a big messy merge vote where we clearly had different interests, and I had to level the score from that last vote before the merge. Couldn’t think of a better person to be Mayor of Ponderosa!
Lee – I regret not trying to play this game harder with you. I think I had unfairly made up my mind on what you were like from what I’d heard about you not being around in the early days, and even though you were so polite and kind in our chats, I wasn’t honest with you enough. You clearly beat me at that pre-merge vote, but I feel like our interests were so similar at the merge, and I was too much of a coward to try and make something work. I have nothing but respect for you, my fellow Summit returnee. Blowfish king 🐡
Jules – Voting for you was definitely the most shortsighted thing I did in this game. It was so nice to finally meet you at the merge, but I was the biggest flop at the time being busy with some real life stuff, and as a result, I never really got to know you well. I think that, combined with your awesome challenge efforts, made me view you as a threat, when I should have embraced you as an ally. It is solely on me that we never got to develop a relationship further, but I think you’re wonderful and I’m sorry that it ended the way it did!
Chrispy – We need more Chrises in the world. From the early days of the love tribe onwards, you were a wonderful friend and ally. I looked forward to checking in with you about your day, and chatting more generally about life and beyond. On call, you were a hilarious presence, and the image of you getting dragged down the hallway for the horror trailer will be burned into my brain until the day I die. Definitely need to do more acting together in the future, our on-screen chemistry is off the charts. As I said about Megan before, putting yourself at risk for our group was so impressive, and I’m incredibly grateful for it. I am so sorry that I drifted a bit at the merge, and for betraying your trust at the Jules vote. To then have you go at the next Tribal was definitely my angriest moment of the game, because you had been so genuine and to get let down like that was unfair. Thank you for all the support, both in strategy and in life, that you provided me in this game, and I am glad we got to play together 💖
Logan – Where do I even start? The final member of the love tribe, I feel like we especially clicked during that endurance challenge when we spent so much time on call, and you sacrificed sleep for the greater good of our tribe. For me, kindness and being treated genuinely are things that I value in this game, and you showed both to me in abundance. There was definitely a time when I wanted to go all the way with you, but it was sad to see that momentum killed when I was swapped away from my fellow Galan 2.0 members. While we got to play together for a decent while at the merge, I regret never getting back to the level that we once had. I am very proud to call you a friend, and it has been an honour to spend as much time together in this game as we did xx
Nikki – I hope you know that I respect you heaps as a person, but unfortunately we had very different plans when it came to our strategies in this game. I’m really grateful for the conversations we had before the merge, and it was so nice to learn about your time in Australia, but it was hard to get back to that after you voted me out. At the merge, my early absence plus the general momentum of the game just placed us on different paths, and it was a shame that I didn’t try to at least be more diplomatic with you.
Foxx – Definitely my most surprising ally, and it was heartbreaking to see you go the way that you did. Although we didn’t talk heaps on Galan in the first two rounds, it was nice to rekindle that at the merge. From then on, we had very similar interests in how we wanted the game to go, and it was an absolute pleasure to clown with you. If we’re honest, a lot of it blew up in our face, but having a partner in crime to rely on when the numbers were dwindling was reassuring. I do regret that our conversation was mostly about game, and not more about life, but we had fun at the end of the day, and that’s what I came into this game looking for. I’m sorry I couldn’t do more for you at that last vote, but thanks for sticking by me throughout the merge. 🤡🤡🤡
